Family subscription, one member logging on two devices (Ipad/Iphone)

Family subscription, one member logging on two devices (Ipad/Iphone)

Cheers,

having premium, my daughter has Ipad with working spotify app on it and now owns a new Iphone. How can she log in on iphone and on ipad with her profile of our family account membership? There are none logins to be seen anywhere.

Hi @cvf73, thanks for writing.

 

When she opens the Spotify app on her new iPhone for the first time, the log in screen should show up for her to insert the information. What happens when she does it?

 

We can log in our accounts using several different devices, but not simultaneously 🙂

Hi,

This is what I tried to do, but there is no username, only 19 Characters long login „word“. In addition to that there is no reset password mode in the family section, btw I don’t want to erase her old account, because her playlists have to be saved instead of just creating a new one.

So did you create a new account for your daughter? Why don't you just use the old one?
