My Question or Issue

I have paid for Preimum for Family, and it isn't working.  My account still says Preimum, and I am still having 'Spotify war' with my wife, who I have invited, but it is also not working

Hey @sx-o_pxi9rdfu, welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

Keep in mind that any user who wants to join your Premium for Family plan needs to live in your same address in order to do it. If you're wife is having trouble accepting the invite, we'd like you to send her a new one.

 

This time, we'd like your wife to accept the invite from a computer, using a Google Chrome incognito window if possible. If she receives the same error after entering your address, send us a screenshot so we can take a look.
