How do I enable 2-step verification as a member of a Premium family account?

My Question or Issue

I've searched for how to enable 2-Factor Authentication and found this Spotify support article with instructions here:

However, when I log into my Account, there is no place to enable 2-Factor Authentication. I am a member of a Premium family account however I am not the account holder. Please advise.

The support article you've linked only applies to users who use the Spotify for Artists service. 🙂 I recommend adding your vote to this idea, though.

It was the first relevant article that came up from my search that matched
exactly what i was after so i suppose that's my fault for not reading more
thoroughly. I will go and add the idea in the link you've supplied-
honestly it's 2024 and 2FA should be ubiquitous.
