Husband can log in

Husband can log in

I had to renew my family plan and send out new links to my husband and kids. Now my husband can't log in. Every time he tried it will log into my daughter's account

Hi there @LadyCarmel,

 

Thanks for reaching out. In this case, he seemed to be previously logged into the daughters account and is now being automatically logged in. Either that or he is using the wrong login credentials. Let him manually log out from everywhere and then log back into his own account with his own credentials. Then it should all work. If the issue persists, consider also checking the account page of the daughter's account and see if there isn't some confusion where the husband's email address is associated with the daughters account.
