Can I please get it reactivated so he doesn't lose all of his music

You can add your husband back, for sure. Just head over to this link and add him back by sending him the invite and once he clicks on it and enters the address, there you go! He will be moved from Free to Premium plan with all his playlists, artists and liked songs as they were. Make sure to claim the family invite using the account you want to add.
