I am not able to get into the link from the premium family member abo.

I am not able to get into the link from the premium family member abo.

My dad already send me and my brother the link multiple times to get included, but it always says that our adresses are not the same. I am not even abel to pur the right adress into the section. We also tried to include the people manually with the plus (in my dads account). But nothing is happening.

Hey there,

 

Thanks for posting in the Community.

 

Could you post the exact error message you're getting? Does it mention that you're in a different country? If so, this means that the country settings on your accounts should be set to match the ones on the Family manager account. Here is how to change them. 

 

Also make sure to enter the address exactly as shown on the Family manager account page.
