I can't get into the family premium plan.

I can't get into the family premium plan.

I'm trying to add a family member to the family plan and it's possible. It always says that they have to live in the same location and we live in the same location, it tells me that I'm trying to join an account outside the country, and we live in the same country.

Thanks for coming to the Community. Here are a few steps that you can try:

 

Start by checking that the country setting on the account is correct and is the same as the country setting of the plan manager, then update the address saved for your Premium Family plan.

 

Once that’s done, try sending a new invite to the member and see if they can accept the invite now.

 

If they’re still experiencing issues, have them try accepting it from another device or in an incognito browser window.
