I get "You can't join this plan" when accepting a family invitation

I get "You can't join this plan" when accepting a family invitation

Hi,
Something went wrong with joining our family plan and I got a new link. But when I try to use it, I get a message "You can't join this plan". I'm not connected to the family plan now, so can you please help me join?

The old link is expired and the message says a new link needs to be generated, but no one in my family (also not the manager) receive an email that I need a new link?

Are you trying to join a new recently activated/created Family plan or an old one where you previously were a member?
