I'm out of my family list!

Hi, good afternoon! I'm very sorry to bother. My name is Bruna, I'm from Brazil, and I've been using my Spotify Premium for Family for quite a long time with no trouble. However, early this week, my account stopped being premium and I'm no longer able to join again my family plan, even though I've tried several times. They claim that I'm no longer part of my family residence. What should I do?

Hi Bruna,

 

Sorry to hear you're having issues with your premium! Did you move house or did you start using a VPN or possible change your residential address in your account settings?

 

If you can list some changes that have happened that would help a lot! Good luck and it hope it is fixed soon!

Hi, Jordan! I cannot even begin telling you how happy I am that you answered! Thank you very much for trying to help! I just turned on all of my location services, to make sure my Spotify realizes I'm home 😂 I wasn't using any VPN, but I checked again! I've been in the same address too, and apparently nothing changed in my settings, but I don't know how to be sure of it. Thank you very much for your help, truly!

Always happy to help! I'm not too sure how the family subscribtion works however, is it possible one of the other accounts have changed address or the main account changed?
