Kicked out suddenly

I had been on spotify premium last Sept.25, suddenly removed from the spotify premium last Sept.29.. I fogot to verify it, but the email for the verification said they’ll removed it if I had not verified within 7days, but it is bot not yet due, that will be on October2. How come did you already kick me out without 7days yet? Also, it had suddenly updated to latest version, is it because of that? Kindly help

First, we'd recommend reaching out to your plan's owner to check to ask if any changes occured to their subscription (eg. they downgraded from Premium for Family to regular Premium).

If that doesn't help, let us know and we'll be happy to troubleshoot this further 🙂
