Lost my family premium account though I verified the ZIP code

Hello.
16th of April I received a mail that I need to verify that I live on the same adress as the main account holder or I would go back to a Spotify free-account. I filled in the ZIP code, confirmed that I live on the same adress and checked the "I'm not a robot" box and it stood I was done.
But yesterday I got another mail that said that I was downgraded to a free-account even though I verified it. So I tried to go back to the first mail and re-doing the verifying but it says I already did it on this account etc... I tried to log out and log in and re-intall the app but it didn't work.

It seems like the system had an error when you verified your ZIP Code. Tweet to the SpotifyCares about this problem and it might be solved. Please make sure to DM (Direct Message) them the details about this error, this problem might make you help Spotify Bugs Removed!
