Manage family account

Manage family account

I am trying to manage my Premium for Family account. Instructions say to go to my account (which I've done) and click on Premium for Family on the menu on the left - there is no Premium for Family on this menu! I have followed all of the instructions and nothing is working. I've gone into Subscription then MANAGE PLAN but this gives me no option to invite members or delete current members. This has been going on for months and I've had enough! I'm paying for a family plan and I am currently the only person who can use it! Please help!

Ok, let's find out what's going on. When you click on the link bellow, does your account show as regular Premium or Premium for Family?

Can you see the receipts on the left column?

Thanks for helping me out. I am definitely on Premium for Family. I have tried on my iPhone XR and on my laptop (Windows 10).

What happens when you click on Manage Plan? Are there any other active members?

Nothing comes up when I click on Manage Plan. It’s so frustrating! This is all it shows whether I’m on my phone or laptop.[Image]

Hey @Tenielley, there was no image attached.

 

Anyway, could you please try again, this time using different browsers in your computer? Don't forget to clear cache/cookies before.
