Mixing of playlists on family accounts

Mixing of playlists on family accounts

I have a family plan with two family members and for one, i can't see anything he listens to but my aunt recently joined and im able to see what she's listening to. But i thought with the premimum plan, all three of us could be listening to spotify at the same time at different devices? Is this correct? If what we are listening to on our own devices shouldn't be showing up on the others', how can this be fixed?

Hi @justinag93, welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

Each of the Premium for Family member gets one individual and completely independent account, that don't interfere on each other.

 

Just send this link to each member to see if they're logging in correctly:

 

http://www.spotify.com/account

I have the same problem WITH different usernames/password

 

support kept saying we are logged in with each others accounts and that is not the case

 

please try to figure it out this!
