My family member can not use it in app

My family member can not use it in app

Hi

my family member who was approved and he also logged in succesfully., has always a normal account in the app who ask him to become a premium member? Can somebody help me? I speak also german or italian or french. Thank you guys..

Sounds like your family member has two accounts! Could you ask him to try logging both with his Facebook and then with his Spotify e-mail?
