Need for street name and number for verification of Spotify Family Premium

I have been using Spotify Family Premium for a year. Spotify emailed members of my family saying they have to verify their address should be similar to mine. We stll live in the same address, but 3 of our family members failed to verify last week. I sent a new invite to them, and when they tried to verify, they always get the message that " You are unavailable to join this family plan". What happened? I do not see anything in FAQ to answer this problem. Mind you, we still live in the same address. When I examined my profile, my street name and number, city is not indicated, only the postal code is, but in the verification process, they are being asked

Right now, in the community we don't have access to the address used to set up the Premium for Family plan.

If you're all living in the same address but can't validate the information, I suggest reaching out to our Support team via Twitter or Facebook.
