One account playing at two places.

One account playing at two places.

I have a family plan, and we use 3/6 accounts.

My Tesla is using my account, so when my wife is driving, I am not able to listen to music on my computer. The same problem appear when I play on Marantz Hi-Fi in the livingroom, and the kids wants to continue listning, but I change location to the office, and try to listen to music there.

I would suggest, you first blocked the music, when you reached number 6 device, instead of when my account is playing in the car and on the computer. It is annoying if I need to create a specific car account to work around your policy.

Hey @casperst ,

Thanks for coming to the Community.

I recommend making sure that your wife is using her own Spotify account within her driver profile in the Tesla. That should eliminate this issue!

Regarding the Marantz Hi-Fi, you would, unfortunately, have to create a separate account to listen to music on different devices at the same time.

Let me know if you have any other questions.
