One email address two devices

One email address two devices

Hi

Can someone help me? I just signed up for family premium package, works well with my android but it wont allowed me to access my ios device...and I'm using same email address and fb account on both devices. Now I can't add or remove account because it keep telling me that I am part if the family package and told me to asked for the admin to setup my account.

Hey! Welcome to the Spotify Community 🙂

I'm not glad to hear that you are having trouble. May I ask you to confirm that the account you subscribed to and the one you are logging in to are the same? When you successfully upgrade to Spotify Premium, you receive a confirmation email. Please make sure, that when you are logging in to the account, you are using that username on the email. If its a ten digit number, use the log in with facebook tab. In your particular case, be sure to use the Facebook tab and NOT the email, since it's probably attached to a different account. 

If you managed to find the account, or if you are having troubles finding the right account, please come back to me and we can look into some further troubleshooting. Best of luck,

Hi Leo,

Thanks for your help, somehow it still doesn't work 😞 and now I have found
another problem. My account name is : papacollin but when I open my account
on my phone (also from other phone) where I signed up from, it keep saying
that I was part of the family, and it keep asking me to ask the account
owner to invite me 😞

I know this sounds very simple, but could you try a quick log off and log back in? Does that help? 

 

Otherwise could you try opening Spotify on another device (other than the two phones), maybe a tablet or a friend's phone and log in? Does that strange issue still occur?
