Hi, your customer support is bad. My familly account was canceled after month of operation, apparently due to sudden problems with my adress verification, but I cannot say for sure. Probably a misunderstanding, but your customer support has been sending me zero content email for 2 weeks just pushing me to buy a premium account. This is stone age level CS - I'm leaving.
