Playback Interrupted Because My Account is in Use

Playback Interrupted Because My Account is in Use

I was trying to listen to my Spotify Playlist in the car. It kept cutting out and saying playback had stopped because my account was in use elsewhere. I pay for Spotify Premium Family every month and no one else has my username or password. Anyone who uses it has their own account. I'm so frustrated. Please help!

Hey @pageja17,

 

Check that your email address is correct in your profile page and change the password to a different one.

 

Then, there is option to sign out from all devices in your account's main control panel (at the very bottom).

 

That should logout of everything, and you should be the only one with the new password.
