Premium Family availability by country

Hello

I am trying out Spotify and looks great. I am wondering how I can use it with my family to make it our main music source, but it seems that Family plans are not available in Japan.

What about France? We spend much of the time there, and I have local address and credit card, so I could take my subscription there.

I strongly think that Premium for Family is available wherever Spotify is. And you can learn more about the family offer in Japan here. (And it's also availbable in France)

Hello, the page you point to is 404 not found in japan.

https://www.spotify.com/fr/family/ maybe this works in France, but it's 404 from Japan. I guess VPN would be necessary to make it appear.

It seems Spotify is trying to hide to Japanese people that the service is cheaper abroad...

Also, I read that family members can't use Family plan outside the country of subscription, so can't apply in France and then go back to Japan.

I guess it will be just for me on the go

Family Plan is not available at Japan yet. You can subscribe to family plan from France, but remember that all members of the family must live in the same address.

I wish they'll make it fast to have family plan here in japan. I think its been a year or more since this was requested.
