If you see all members in your plan when you click on the link bellow, I suggest you tell the member who's not getting the premium features to double check he's logging in the correct account.

Sometimes we have more than one Spotify account and eventually we log in the wrong one 😊

The family member was indeed logging in the app through a different email id, therefore having the issue. Thanks for your advice. It really helped us out.

If they do, make sure to log in accordingly on each account, using the respective devices.

okay I've checked the address 100 times checked the region 100 times checked which account I'm logged into 100 times nothing seems to be working keep getting address didn't match i own both the account and set them up myself entered the same exact thing in both

Thanks for your reply here.
We understand where you're coming from and we really appreciate the time you took to let us know about this one.
In this case, we suggest you update the address under the manager's account, since Google might sometimes update their info. You can update the address by going to your account page> Manage members> Your address> Edit.
Once you've done that, you can try to join again, making sure you're adding the exact one you updated before. That should do the trick.
If the above doesn't do the trick, we'd suggest trying to join the plan using a different device to see how it goes.
