Premium family plan not working on family member account.

Solved!

Premium family plan not working on family member account.

Even after adding the member to family plan, their account is still visible as a free account. Premium features are not activated. We even removed the account and re-added them to the family plan, but it is still not updated. Kindly guide on how to proceed.

Hi @shalinikeshri, thanks for reaching out.

 

If you see all members in your plan when you click on the link bellow, I suggest you tell the member who's not getting the premium features to double check he's logging in the correct account.

Sometimes we have more than one Spotify account and eventually we log in the wrong one 😊

The family member was indeed logging in the app through a different email id, therefore having the issue. Thanks for your advice. It really helped us out.

Do they have their own separate accounts?

 

You can check it by clicking on the link bellow:

 

https://www.spotify.com/account/family/

 

If they do, make sure to log in accordingly on each account, using the respective devices.
