Problema attivazione Premium Family

Ciao, mi è finito il periodo di prova e voglio attivare l abbonamento Premium Family.
Inserisco tutti i dati necessari della carta di credito e mi chiede se voglio passare a Spotify Italia oppure inserire un' altra carta di credito, seleziono di passare alla versione Italiana e mi rimanda alla pagina di pagamento senza che si attivi nulla.
