Problems Family Plan

Problems Family Plan

I have problems with my family plan, a month ago I have my plan with the members of my family; step the month, the payment was generated and at this moment the members of my family do not have the premium category.
When I send the request again, an error like the following appears:
"It is not possible to join this family plan"
At this moment the only member who has Spotify Premium is me, the administrator of the account.

Do they have any trouble joining the plan using an incognito window? What about with a different device?

 

If so, ask them to reach out to us on Twitter or Facebook with their account info so we can take a closer look.
