Problems using Family account

Today I was “kicked out” from family account  (the only one in Family group) saying that my address wasn’t verifiable. I was sent another invitation but with no luck: always “cannot join family account”. Can someone help me? Thanks

Do you have any trouble joining the plan using an incognito window? You can also try accepting the invite using a different device.

Hello! What does an "incognito window" mean?  My husband got kicked off the family plan and cannot rejoin. It's frustrating, because he obviously lives in the house and what else am I paying a family plan for if I'm the only family on it?
