Problems with premium family

I don't know how but somehow I got kicked out of my dads premium family.

He tried to re-add me by sending an email as an invitation I got the email got redirected to the Spotify website but after I entered my information It just  told me that I cant join the premium family I didn't tell me the reason and I honestly don't know what could be wrong so I'm asking for help because the ads get pretty annoying.My mother and my brother did not get kicked out
