My daughter was added as a member to my fmily plan and when I purchased a new phone, for some unknown reason she was dropped off of the plan. So I have invited her back and yes she get the answer that she can only join once every 12 months.  Firstly how do we find ot when the restriction ends, and because there is not particular reason for her to not be part of my plan is there and way this can be amended. Thanks in advance for your help  Regards Joy

Thanks for posting in the Community.

 

If your daughter sees the warning, that she has exceeded the plan switch limit for the current 12 months, it means, that she was a member of a different Family plan in between.

 

As it is possible, that there are two different Family plans and multiple accounts involved, it'd be best to check this page, to see if you can find any unknown accounts. Your daughter can do the same.

 

The 12 month limitation starts at the moment your daughter has left the last Family plan.
