Spotify Family

Spotify Family

Hi, I used to be a member of a Premium Family plan until yesterday. I’ve got an e-mail that says my account hasn’t been confirmed so that I’m now using my Spotify with a free membership. We’ve tried to sent another invitation but it hasn’t been confirmed either since I can’t get into another family plan for a year. Can someone please help me with this situation?
