Spotify Trying to Kick my Father Out Of My Family Account, AGAIN

My Question or Issue

 Hello there spotify community people again. A while ago I had an issue about containing my father (my own father that I live in the very same house and share the same lastname with) to my family premium. The solution that was suggested was to cancel the plan and redoing it due I was out of country for the first time I went Premium. So I did it, yet again, spotify just sent me a mail about that my father will be kicked out of my plan in lack of proof. Oh and I dont have such a problem with my brother nor have I ever. Someone please help because otherwise I think I ll go for another solution like deleting spotify for good and suggesting everyone to do so.

I have same problem as you. My dad paid premium for family but me and my sister can't add to. We live at same place and we don't know where problem is.

Dad is little bit angry cause he is paying it for nothing. Wish that Spotify help us.
