Spotify for Family 2 subscriptions last 12 months

Hi community,

 

Because of some account switches I was forced to pay my Premium for Family from different accounts. Therefore all my family members were also forced to subscribe to those different accounts. Now I need to change the subscription again and pay from another account. I have invited all family members again and now they receive the error message: "Cannot join the family plan, you have already joined 2 subscriptions in the past 12 months". 

 

I know this is a security thing, but I had no other option instead of paying from another account and changing all family members to that account. What can I do now? My family members cannot join unfortunately...

Hey @justintrum,

 

The family members can always re-join the previous plan, or start their own Premium for Family subscription at www.spotify.com/family.

 

There's not much else they can do, sorry. 😞
