Spotify wont link my account with my husband account even if we have the same addrresse

It is like a bug, I have tried more tha 20 times , put the adddress differently but we live in the same house and this **bleep** says they cant verify we live together! the account was link before and they ask me to confirm, did all the steps and unlinked us.  Can´t belive thre is no contact info, assitant chat or phone number to talk them and solve the issue.
