Step children/part time living

Step children/part time living

HELP! My step children do not live with me full time.. can I add them on to my family account without any issues of being cancelled? Their current address is with their mom.. but they stay with us too. Please advise thanks!0

Thanks for reaching out.

 

It depends on how often they live with you. For example, if they live with you every other week/weekend, it shouldn't be an issue. It may not work if they only live with you every few months.

Hi again.. we have a very unique and challenging situation with our children for 13 years now.  The oldest which I am referring to adding.. also is at college (first year) so he is a bit scattered in where he "lives" at the moment. He is currently in Belgium. Just don't want to have another account since he's our son (my step son). He is our family, and does stay with us too. Don't feel we should have to pay again if we have open family spots on my account. Thoughts?

Unfortunately, all members of a Premium for Family plan must reside at the same address and in the same country, so he won't be able to join for now.

 

When he lives back at your address, he should be able to join.
