Unable to connect back to Premium Account

Unable to connect back to Premium Account

I have subscribed to Premium account on my previous phone, but somehow after I changed my phone, I was on free trial. Trying to resubscribe for premium, but it doesn't work.

Hey @Yikchieng, welcome to the community!

 

Sounds like you could have two or more Spotify accounts set up with your information. I suggest following these steps to make sure you're logging into the correct one.

 

If you find multiple accounts, you can close the ones you don't need and keep the Premium one.
