Wife got kicked out of Spotify Family

Wife got kicked out of Spotify Family

When trying to re-register her it displays. "You can't join this Premium for Family account. We couldn't confirm that you live at the same address as the main account holder."

 

Can someone please help?

Hey @Xtian1911

 

If you're the Family Admin, send the invite again. Let her accept the invite logged in with her own username in the app and in the website. She should make sure to type the address exactly as the Admin did, and also be sure all Family members use the same Internet connection (Home network) regularly. Not doing so may be the cause of her being left out.

Hi bud, thanks for the reply. Apparrently the error I was mentioning was the one appeared after I have invited her. We cannot use the same connection if we want to enjoy music when we are at work. Ofc we need to separately use mobile data for that. Many thanks for your inputs. I truly appreciate it bud.
