Won't receive invitation e-mails for Spotofy Family

Hi There, I have Spotify premium via the family option. I try to include my mom among others, but whatever I do, she does not receive her invitation in her e-mail. I have experienced this issue before, forcing me to create a new e-mail address, just to make sure that I could enjoy Spotify Premium. For my mom it is not so easy and I'm pretty sure this should be a solveable issue. I have tried the steps that are recommended on the Spotify website. How can I include my mom in my Spotify Premium family account?

Hey @Ricksam90, welcome to the Community!

Do they have any trouble finding the invite if they check their spam/junk folders? If so, they can try changing their email address in their Account Overview to see if it makes a difference.
