commercials during premium family

My Question or Issue

I have a premium family play for a while now. For unknown reasons I hear commercials comming through on some playlists, which is annoying if you pay to not hear commercials 😉

My account details clearly state premium family of which my account is the administrator.  and all payments are paid in full.  

I tried logging in  logging out on laptop, mobile phone etc.  nothing seems to help. 

any ideas ?

Are you getting commercials during regular playlist listening or does this happen while listening to Podcasts ?

Any screenshots you can provide will help as well.
