family accounts with multiple Amazon echos.

So i have two amazon echos, one for my that is a gen 1 echo and an echo spot, that i got for my wife.  She is the "owner" of the echo spot.  we have a spotify family account and each have our own accounts.  When i "spotify connect" her account to her echo spot it says that her account isn't allowed to stream, but if i change users on her echo it works fine with my spotify account.  I don't want to use my spotify account on her echo, i want to use hers.  please help.

Go into the Amazon Alexa App on your phone and login with your wife's Spotify account and then try connecting again.
