family invitation doesn‘t work

Hello,

i wang to invitate my daughter into my premium account acoconut it doesn‘t work.

Spotify telle my daughter „you couldn’t enger this premium family account“ (Greman: „Du kannst diesem Premium Family Abo nicht beitreten. Brauchst Du Hilfe? Lies unsere FAQ“ ). I test all  options from the faqs, but nothing works. What can i do?

Is her account currently on Free or Premium? Is her account registered in the same country as yours? I'd suggest contacting Spotify Support though.

her account is on free and of course in the same Country.
I couldn`t find a direct link to the Spotify support. Do you have a link?

Usually the problem can happen when she tries to accept the invite when your own account is currently logged at spotify.com. You may want to try logging out from spotify.com then accept the invite again.
