family premium not working

I created my family premium account and invited my parents and brother. For 1 month everything was working OK but suddenly, everyone was kicked out and when I send invitation again, it says "You are unable to join this Family plan." But why? The plan is the same, we have the same adress, plan is paid and I really don´t know what to do. Please help.

I have experienced the same issue since yesterday. I am part of a family premium subscription but all of a sudden i don't seem to have premium access as i can't play anything on my mobile version. Desktop working fine. Please help!

I  also have experienced the same issue since 2 weeks ago. I am part of a family premium subscription but all of a sudden I don't seem to have premium access as I can't play anything on my mobile while my kid is playing on hers..
