so it says oeps something went wrong.. on my mobile and laptop. Please advise how to proceed to upgrade my premium to family

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community.

We'd recommend starting off by giving this a try in an incognito window or using a different browser. For example, if you normally use Google Chrome on your laptop, try with Microsoft Edge, Mozilla, etc.

It's also a good idea to use a different network and turn off VPN if you're using one.
 

If the issue persists, it'd be great if you can ask a friend or a family member to borrow their device for a bit in order to test this. Log in on your account and see if you'll be able to upgrade.
