i changed iphones and even though I can access my account audiobooks r lokd

i changed iphones and even though I can access my account audiobooks r lokd

New iphone. logged into spotify family premium. I am the manager. cant access audiobooks. even though I logged out of all other devices. Why? What do I do?

Hi there, and welcome to the Community.

 

In this case, I suggest you to double check if you're logged in the right account. Sometimes people have multiple Spotify accounts (e.g., created via Facebook, Apple ID, or email). So, on your iPhone:

  • Open Spotify > Settings (gear icon) > Account.

Confirm it says “Plan manager” and that the email matches your main account.
