Thanks for reaching out. Hope you don’t mind us responding in English, as this is the official language of the Community. Firstly, check your account page to see the current status of your subscription. If you've already been reverted to free and all payment attempts are being rejected, its possible that the previous failed attemps have caused the system to automatically reject all payments. Please reach out to our support team and ask them to check this for you and unblock your account if necessary.
