premium charges

hello, how could i cancel the premium? i followed the instructions on the premium downgrading, but they said im in spotify free. however, theyre still charging me. how can i cancel this premium from charging me in this month?

Hey @heedayahlockman and welcome to the community!

If you've already cancelled the subscription, your account should revert to Free on your next cycle date.

If the cycle date already passed after you cancelled, it's possible that you have another account that's also on Premium.

If your account was created through Facebook, try logging with the "Log in with Facebook" button. If it wasn't, try logging in with your username and password. Make sure that you're not entering the full email address in the username box.

We recommend you try both methods so that you can check which one is Premium.

i already clicked on ‘connect to facebook’ and it stays the same. i tried clicking on the subscription, but it said mine is spotify free for like a month ago, but they still have charged me on 26th of June, so it’s not really Spotify Free then.

for your information i just have one account.

however, in this app, it said mine is spotify premium, but in account it was spotify free. how can change this into free ones?

i clicked on the 'connect to facebook' and it still says error. does that mean i would be charged again for this month? 

how could i stop this? is there anyway for me to terminate this thing from happening, if your suggestions dont work?
