problem conecting family members to the account

Hi I have started a family account for me and my family, we are all living at the same adress. The premium is working for me but none of my family members can accept the invite. When they try there is a notification that comes up that says that you can not connect to the familyplan. There is no clear reason as to why this should happen, so what do I do?

For me it worked with this link :

https://www.spotify.com/fr/family/redeem/?token=xxxxxxxxxxxxx

Replace le xxxxxxx with the activation code

I have the same issue, I invite my sister and she received this message :

 

Impossible de rejoindre ce programme Spotify Family. Réessayez en cliquant sur le bouton ACCEPTER L'INVITATION dans votre e-mail. Si cela ne fonctionne pas, demandez au propriétaire du programme d'envoyer une nouvelle invitation.

 

Could you please help us ?  (Yeah I'm French 🙂 )

Same for me (swiss french)

Exactly the same problem (and swiss french too ^^)

Same here in Belgium, just tried to add my daughter, (3 other family members already on Family Acount) and having the same problem.
