problem with the familiar plan

I am trying to add my wife to my family plan, but all the time it appears that it is necessary to live in the same place. We put the correct address since we live in the same place but nothing happens it keeps the same error.

please your help

I recommend making sure that you both have the same country setting set within your accounts. This can be checked at https://spotify.com/account.
