My Question or Issue

Greetings,
Due to the pandemic, the university I was a student of started to provide online education. Course selection has not been made yet. For this reason, I seem a passive student and I cannot prove that I am a student. I cannot put a document to prove it because I do not have a syllabus yet. If it continues like this, my student discount will soon end so i need help about it.
