Hi everyone. I have subscribed to the student subscription paying 4.99 instead of 0.99 for three months, how can I do to have a spotify premium for three months at 0.99? Thanks for the attention

I moved the message to the correct help page to help further and for the community to see if they also are experiencing.

It sounds like you are trying to access the promotional offer. Keep in mind, that promotional offer is for students who haven't tried Premium. It's also important to know that if you've used your payment method for one of Spotify's products, you also are ineligible for the offer.

If you haven't tried Premium for Students, and you cannot activate it, could you send me a screenshot of the offer, and also send me a screenshot of the error message being shown? Please hide senitive info when posting to the community.
