I have had Spotify premium for about 2 years now. I am starting college in the fall and would like to get the student discount without making a new Spotify account. How can I do that?

Hi @hannafrid, welcome to the Community!

You can totally keep your same account! Just sign up at spotify.com/student/ and you'll be charged the discounted rate starting on your next billing period.

Hey @hannafrid,

Great question. If you pay for Premium via your broadband provider or a third party, such as iTunes, you'll need to first cancel your subscription. Otherwise, you can keep your current subscription, sign up for the discount, and the new price will be charged at your next billing date.
