After a week, no response for my student verification

Solved!

After a week, no response for my student verification

So exactly a week ago  I applied for the Student Premium account and sent the documents to prove that I'm actually a student. I was charged 4,99€ as expected and I sat back waiting for the confirmation email.

After a week, I've got no response, so I'm starting to worry. Is this normal? How much longer can it take?

Hey @eclank,

It can take up to 28 days for your student credentials to be verified. 🙂

After contacting SheerID support, everything is fixed. It seems that the form wasn't submitted correctly.

Well, that's... Underwhelming. Especially considering that the Apple Music (I'm currently switching from it to Spotify because their Android app works terrible with my car's Bluetooth) student verification was nearly instantaneous.

I'll have to wait I guess. Thank you for your response.
