Hello, today I applied for the premium with student discount. Spotify doesnt say that Student Discount is only for the College Student on mobile app, i didn't know it so I applied, the app says (i dont know the exact english version i am using turkish) We won't get paid until you confirm your studentship. I looked it and saw that it was only for college  students, so i cannot take the premium because of this and addiction to that, you guys took my money from my credit card. I want my money back and I'm sure that you have to point out about THE STUDENT DISCOUNT is only for COLLEGE STUDENT.

If Spotify is unable to verify your student I.D, you won’t be eligible to claim the student discount. In this instance, any charges will show on your statement as ‘pending’. This means your bank has put a temporary authorization on the funds, but no money has actually been taken.

Once the bank confirms your student I.D failed to verify successfully, the money will reappear on your statement. This can take up to 48 hours, depending on your bank. You can reach out to them for more information about any pending payments.
