Being charged full price when I am a student still?

Being charged full price when I am a student still?

Hey, not cool Spotify. I am being charged the full premium price when I am still a student and I have not used 3 years worth of it. I know that it applies for one year and you have to re-apply and I have only done that twice so I do not know why this is occuring and there is no one I can find to contact to be refunded or assisted. Help, please!
